Got mine. Black on black. Never considered an Infiniti. Test drove it for
fun. Ended up trading in my 2013 A4. That’s how good this car is. But yes.
It does look like a Sonata. A refined Sonata if I may say. Not a bad thing,
for the Sonata is a goodlooking car as well. Infiniti did a great job with
the Q50’s grille though. Love this car.
Lol A Nissan Altima!!!
does this mean…no more g coupe??? NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Sofyans Why don;t these manufactures take the dash que from the Tesla sedan
with the huge touch screen to control everything. It is so nice in the
Tesla – easy to work and nice and big? FYI the tag is on your jacket sleeve
– excellent description and great idea to go to the show. They had a Aston
Martin DB9 test drive at my hotel this weekend – you should go to one in
your area
The car looks good at the grill.
im liking what im seeing
Btw, I do love the Fx35’s including the 2009.
Haha good one. So funny. You showed me.
Nice review. and if i may say, looking very sharp Sofyan.
Maybe I was a little harsh, I’ll keep that in mind. It is a nice vehicle,
and it has the best sounding exhuast. I don’t drive an Infinity, but I’m
planning on purchasing the Q50.
Well it’s been stolen from them, but I see your point. You can’t expect
Infiniti to abandon their design language because of Hyundai taking from
them.
You do an awesome job, Sofyan! Keep it up. You give the info I want and in
a very viewer friendly way,
Looks just like the 3 Series
That is being released today
Coming this summer
lol i like the slight pause and lowered tone of voice when saying Hyundai
Sonata haha
I replied to your comment because you’re arrogant and I wanted a reaction
to have fun, lol. I got what I wanted, so I’ll be going now.
Fair point SS. I look forward to Sofa’s full review which will no doubt be
coming soon.
Improve your English, dude!
My brother has been waiting to get this car
Merely coincidental. Many claim that the Mazda 6 copied BMW’s 2012
3-Series, but it didn’t either if BMW’s 3er didn’t get revealed before
Mazda’s design freeze in early 2011. Same thing here, as the Mazda 6 was
revealed a year AFTER the Q50 was designed. No one copied anyone.
the rear end looks exactly like the upcoming mazda6….
What I would like to see is a car company hire Apple to make its
infotainment system layout and software. iOS in a car telemetrics system,
minus Apple Maps.
A sport compact is a VW GTI, Focus ST, Speed3, or Civic Si. This vehicle
falls into the sport luxury sedan class with the BMW 3 series or Lexus IS.
The exterior is very nice. I like the front alot. The interior though
sufficiently plump needs more Infinity design identity. It’s very nice but
the inside doesn’t say Infinity the way it should. I’ve noticed it in a few
products lately. Nissan needs to remember what brought them back.
you probably gave the best review here, every other fucker didnt even show
interior properly or gauiges or anything
Fantastic work Sofyan! I hope there’s more Detroit Auto Show videos on the
way.
Nice presentation .. impressive and professional quality, especially for an
“on the spot ,off the cuff” review based on knowing your stuff and not
using “Q” cards 🙂
You need to get over your old fx35, the dash looks NOTHING like this sleek
and clean conceptualization.
wow!!!!! this channel is gunna be HUGE!!!!!
Fantastic video Sofyan! I think Infiniti didn’t do as much as they
could’ve. As for the tail end, it looks like a smaller M… not a Sonata!
A little, but totally coincidental if both cars were designed in secret at
the same time. The Mazda was designed a few months before the Q50 in 2011,
but wasn’t shown until last year.
Very nice car and review, however I disagree with the notion that Infiniti
copied some of Hyundia’s design language as Infiniti basically incorporated
the design language of it’s previous concepts such as the Essence and
Emerg-E. Other than that, I can’t wait for your review!
Wow great video!!! Probably the best auto show coverage video I have seen
so far. I like how you went inside and talked about so many details while
most other channels just speak the obvious. I’m in love with the new Q50.
I’m still not fond of the new naming but it looks great and has great
powertrains. I was wondering if you guys know any details of how long it
will take for the Diesel model to come out? And I cant wait for the manual
transmission to come!
Great video guys! Let’s keep it up!
A diesel G(or Q50)? I can get behind that!
