2003 Infiniti G35 Flywheel & Clutch Replacement

2003 Infiniti G35 Flywheel & Clutch Replacement

Here it is, my comprehensive Clutch/Flywheel replacement video. As with all of my videos they are made for inexperienced mechanics so my apologies to those who don’t need all the detail. If you want to skip ahead to a particular part you can use the time stamps below. Also feel free to view in 2x speed if desired. If you have any questions about anything or need some more detail feel free to ask. Full parts list is included at the bottom of this description. 2 things I should make more clear: When separating the transmission from engine do not apply too much side-side or up-down force, also if you use my method to remove the pilot bearing, clean up the excess grease once it is removed.

Z33 Garage says:

What puller is that? I need to get one and that one looks much more beefier than all the trash I have found.

Z33 Garage says:

AWESOME! Keep up the great work, Subbed!

Thank u so much for this video. I was scared at first but watching this video helped me alot

Nguyen Khanh says:

Can you help me with two questions?

The first one is did you lose any transmission fluid when you are trying to drop the transmission down? Cause if you do, you have to add some more in after you got the transmission back in right?

The second one is where can I buy or download that shop manual? I do have the Haynes Manual but I don’t like it because it doesn’t go into detail like the one you have.

Barry Spurlock says:

I just did 350z. The clutch engagement is 1 inch off the floor. Did your engagement stay the same since your install? I'm going to bleed it again because it seems very low.

SWstopfilms says:

Great video! Will be referencing this when I replace my clutch

Austinn Keomany says:

This was very informative man! I'm about to order my clutch & flywheel components and was debating to have a mechanic do it or just do the job myself. (Leaning towards of doing it myself lol). Keep up the good work bro.
