Intake Manifold Runner Controller DIY Replacement – 2013 Hyundai Tucson 2.4L (Codes P200A & P2004)

Hey guys! Thank you all for checking out another how-to video. Today I show you how to replace an Intake Manifold Runner Controller on a 2013 Hyundai Tucson with the 2.4L 4-cyl. naturally aspirated DOHC 16 Valve engine. The check engine codes being thrown were P200A & P2004. I searched YouTube quite a bit and discovered there weren’t many videos up on how to fix the specific problem on this specific car. I hope this helps, and if you like the video, please give me a thumbs up and consider subscribing. Thanks so much!

Who needs torque specs? Certainly not this guy and his cousin..from Boston. Seriously tho kid. It was wicked funny.
It was a good video. The real question is…….Did it work?
And for future reference, if a Dealer tells you it’s a “dealer part”. Take it with a grain of salt. He’s not technically lying. However, you can find most OEM parts online. Just not that exact part. (Which is guaranteed to be double $$$)

I had errors P2017, P200A, P2006 and P2018 on 2012 Santa Fe 2.4
So it looks like I need to change Intake Manifold Runner Controller
By the logic of this mechanic this issue gonna show "Check engine" error almost all the time
but after I erased theese errors there no errors for 3 weeks
How it can be if Intake Manifold is damaged?
So theese errors showed up today again

Dude… word of advice for one car guy to another. GET RID OF THAT HYUNDAI! Nothing but issues. And you are gonna pay 2500 to 7000 for a motor when it decides to lock up. And long block replacements are so hard to come by.
