I just bought a 2013 Sonata Turbo Limited and this mod looks really cool. Does the cupholder brightness adjust up and down along with the dashboard brightness control, or is the cupholder just one brightness level?

So the blue wire that you’re taping into…that’s a switched power source yes? I’m guessing it controls the lighting for the text on the USB connector, and is switched on when you turn the car”s parking or head lights on, correct?
Joe, according to every picture I look at the 2013 Sonata is built in the same way. It is a little tricky, but starting with those edges is the way to do it, a plastic pry tool may help.

the side panels at the beginning dont come off like that on the 2013 Sonata, how do they come off?
I have done this mod in my 2011 sonata and it is as beautiful as it is easy to install. I lost my 2011 during hurricane sandy and bought a 2013 sonata turbo and will be doing this mod again. The center console is just not the same without it. Thank you accentglowLED for the great video to back up your product.
