Your video was pretty helpful. Glad I watched
Awesome vid man ^^
thanks
Is the rear about the same?
is this a 2003 elantra your doing on this one?
You did not clean the rotor mounting surfaces.
Mine has a lot of run out and rust.
I would also be careful of those caliper slides as they will leak like a sieve if the boot has any dirt or rust under it when reinstalled.
I have to replace both sides this time.
Great video- very clear and concise. One comment though; you forgot to say that you may have to remove the master cylinder cover before compressing the piston. Thanks!
Thanks man, I am going to change my brake ads next week, and your video helps refresh my memory on how to do it.
very informative. do u have a video about replacing the wheel hub behind it? my rotors are FROZEN on
Thanks! Very helpful
That was fantastic! Thank you for the video!
That was awesome…. the c-clamp trick is very smart.
If your system is still sealed there should be no air in the line just fluid . The caliper was never disconnected so no air gets in .
thanks buddy
Thanks man,good job…
Shouldn’t you bleed your system after replacing your brakes?
Nice job. Why didn’t you bleed the brakes? When compressing the piston you are pushing air into the brake lines. Also the cap should be removed from the reservoir tank so the air bubble can pop out the top from the compression.
Have you done this and had no problem with a need for bleeding? If so, I may have to try it that way
Cool trick using the old pad to compress the piston.
good video. however i was lookin for a 2000 hyundai sonata which i cant find a video anywhere. yours was good enough to give me an idea on what i need to do. thanks bro
lol no problem, thanks for your comment Jordan haha

No problem thanks for commenting.
Front brakes among every car are all very similar.
Great Video Thanks for your help
Is the accent 2004 the same?
O I’m glad to hear that. Thanks for commenting.
Good vid man, the quality was really good and I pulled the job off in no time.
Pb blaster them, and use a longer ratchet.
What do you recommend for stubborn mounting bolts on the braket? Mine will not budge.
Thanks
Simple, straightforward, not condescending, and detailed. Good job.
You can. I’ve done em before where I saw fluid drip from the bottom from where it pushed the fluid up out of the reservoir because the person had topped off the fluid imbetween brake changes. It doesn’t hurt anything if you keep it closed.
