Hi I have done all of this and it won’t turn on at all it’s like there’s no
power going to it I’ve made sure all connections are in securely do you
have any idea what could be wrong? I have an opel astra
on my car the stereo slides out of the gap slowly when driving it doesn’t
need a facia as it fits perfectly it just slides out, any ideas on how to
fix this? thanks

When he turned off the ignition after saving a radio station to memory, the
unit didn’t beep. That meant it wasn’t hooked up to unswitched power. He
didn’t need to save a station to memory to find that out. That’s what the
red and yellow are – one turns the power off when you switch the ignition
off, the other stays on. They both need to be on for full functioning.

Hello. Great video. I have the same exact unit. I was wondering. I have an
infinity head unit in the dash. It takes up a lot more space than this head
unit (like twice or 3/4 as much). Is there anything special I need to put
it in? Would you recommend I get this professionally done? Or is there a
different video you can show me to teach me to do this?

purchased, some times these will work on the old ones if not you can buy
them from £3.99 search for keys on our web site.

ALREADY HAVE THE “HD RADIO BUILT IN” BUT USUALLY COST A LITTLE MORE.

how can i play the stereo whitout turning the ignition on?
I know my Corsa C is different, you need a facia plate that makes the
existing opening the normal head unit size, and a wiring loom to connect
the cables from the Corsa C into a standard head unit.
