Check out my site custom tools section on the transmission flush kit
adapter and once you make one of those you just push the end into the hose
and thats it. Once its flush remove the flush kit adapter and your done.
This connections are cheap and can be picked up a home hardware, lowes you
name it. I gave you the exact fitting sizes and hose sizes in the video.

Thanks for the video. I have a 07 Hyundia so i’m assuming its the same.

I have an 08 accent gls automatic, and I was told by my local dealership
that I should never flush the transmission because of the filter they use.
I should only drain and refill. Not sure if there is a difference between
08 and 09 or CAN/US requirements.

One of my favorite sites to look up oem hyundai patrts for my 2009 Hyundai
Accent is http://www.jimellishyundaiparts.com/ After hitting this site I
take the parts numbers to my local Hyundai dealer to order them for me.
Recently I had someone at walmart take out my trim strip on my door. I
order the 3 stips for 107 bucks and primed and painted them myself. Got to
love the internet. Well im off to baltimore in my truck… post the
remainder to this video by the end of the week

Great video! Thank you so much for posting. I think I must of missed
something though. How exactly is the adapter being hooked up? You
disconnect the inlet hose from the trans and connect the adapter there
instead. What do you do with the hose you disconnected coming from the
radiator? Can you go over exactly how everything is connected? Thank you

I would really like to do this maintenance to my 2008 Hyundai Sonata GLS,
where would you recommend I get detailed info on specific transmission
fluids, filters and gaskets? Also where would I find info regarding how
much transmission fluid my vehicle holds?

It seems you uploaded this video just as I was looking for information on
servicing my Accent transmission. How awesome is that. Thank you very
much for publishing such a wonderful detailed instructional video. When
might Part 2 be available? I’m sure you’re working on it now. Can’t
wait! Thanks again for such a great job.
