do you have a video on pairing the hd remote

Jannet Hudson says:

Hey! s’up? Quick question guyz, I’m NOT say that YOU do this of course, but
I was just wondering, can an unscrupulous installer, steal the customers
car by deactivating their alarm remotely like you did in this vid with your
laptop and tow it away? Oh yeah, I know about the GPS tracking, but you can
get GPS jammers! Thanks heaps!

aseq Io says:

The store I bought the remote from does hundreds of installations
especially for Volkswagen and Audi. As mentioned you can start the vehicle
and drive away and drive for hours till you turn if off WITHOUT A KEY IN
the ignition. This is not suppose to happen further in regards to customer
service you said it you as a service supplier can get to them BUT we the
end user have NO FRKN support. I never post negative stuff but I am fed up
with the VIPER BS and if I post maybe others will either post or better
still go buy something else that works.

aseq Io says:

Yeh great you can run your case with out the key in the ignition, great if
your a thief and want to steal my $60,000 car with NO Keys. The Viper alarm
is buggy and full of issues try to call customer support. I can get a hold
off my dead gran mother before I get ahold of customer service at Viper. Go
buy any one else but this crappy system.

AnthonyJ350 says:

@silverr616 I wouldn’t say they’re over charging you by any means. I’m not
sure why the Viper site quotes that price, probably just a guideline or is
it also including their SMARTSTART at that $800 price point? The thing
about Amazon is I don’t know if they’re going to give you any product
support as far as warranties go.

AnthonyJ350 says:

@silverr616 Ya that sounds like a very fair price, that’s how much I would
charge roughly for those features and that particular vehicle. Ya I’d just
want all the doors, hood and rear tailgate to be “monitored” by the
security system. I’d also ask if they solder and tape all of their
connections and ask what kind of warranty they offer on their workmanship.
If it’s a good shop it should be lifetime. Remotes will only have a 1 year
warranty.

.mlh says:

What does the kit alone run price wise?

MrNismoSR20 says:

Awesome.

jake o says:

how much did that cost?

lazsodope says:

Do you know what rims those are? @AnthonyJ350

Tavis Yeung says:

have you ever installed push button start kit with Clifford 590.2x ? (same
alarm as the Viper featured in this video) Are you available for contract
work?

Mr. ERMIR MUSAJ says:

Please can you tell me the price of this HUMMER with yellow color…..>

behindtheyes1234 says:

That’s what I need how much is it

Jose Gomez says:

where I can find a dealer viper???

AnthonyJ350 says:

Depends. Usually I use a module designed for window automation, some
vehicles you can just trigger wires on a timer because they have the window
roll down feature built in.

AnthonyJ350 says:

Keep in mind you also have to pay labour to get it installed. A setup like
this requires a lot of work to make it operate properly and look good when
it’s done. You don’t want a rats nest of wiring when the job is done.

ferney951 says:

same here i seen it go for 365 on ebay. brand new and its lifetime warranty
from a wholesaler. whats the differnce?

Shaun Hall says:

Technology is amazing. Nice on the reiew

gaivoron says:

Hi i really like this set up you got, where did your get your installed?? i
seen them go on amazon for 300 new

fordmad says:

stupid idea easily hacked then you car goes walkies

AnthonyJ350 says:

Directed Electronics Inc.

gcasillas1213 says:

Is there a way to silence the remote? I wouldnt be able to deal with such
an annoying sound

Omar Bermudez says:

how did you get the windows up and down?? you said you just used the
idatlink , the remotestart, and viper smartstart… or did you just not
mention the window module??? or did the idatalink do the windows???

tim allen says:

what phones do the smart start work with. Can i use it with my android
phone?

AnthonyJ350 says:

I wrote “2007 Hummer H2” in parenthesis in the title.

AnthonyJ350 says:

Not really, the batteries in these remotes last pretty long.

Ruben Gutierrez says:

so what if you have a manual transmission and you usually park the car in
1st gear, does the remote start it then stall it right away? I’m guessing
you’ll just have to get use to parking in neutral?

AnthonyJ350 says:

@silverr616 Depends on the vehicle and necessary labour and parts to
perform the job. I’ve had pricing range from $350 to $700 on average with
the features we put in.

boxing102711 says:

noob question. dei stands for what?

Ezduztube says:

Hello! What is the difference between the 5902 and 5904? Thanks!

AnthonyJ350 says:

For the remote start and/or security part. I’d go on the Viper website to
see what features you like. Then purchase the unit from where ever you
want, install shop or online.

miticacal says:

That’s not clear to me if you are able to send commands to the car via
internet connection or only via a direct Bluetooth Connection.

Jenny Lee says:

This alarm goes rally well with your hummer

Bob Adams says:

Thanks for the reply. I’ve never actually driven an automatic in my life
however the ones I have been in have always warned the driver to press the
brake pedal. So it is not a requirement to hold the brake pedal if the car
will be stationary at ignition? I always thought it was a safety thing for
automatics. That’s another thing learned today. 🙂

AEME000 says:

Se puede instalar en un toyota echo?? Excelente video!!! Saludos!
