If you’re having issues with a service charging system message and have found both the alternator and battery to be operating properly, this video will show you where the wiring harness rubs and is probably the cause of the service charging system warning on the instrument cluster. Will have another video to follow on removing/installing the fuse box and repairing the wiring.
Where are the intake sensor wires connected? I bought a Hummer this week and the sensor is there, but the connector with the wires are gone. The old owner must have disappeared with him, I don't know. I would like to know the path of the sensor wire input to its final destination. Thank you
Where are the other videos? Showing how to remove the fuse block
Nice got to look into this I replaced both alternator and battery and still getting charging system message must be a GM thing
I am having the same warning on my 2008 H2. It comes on and goes off for a while. Not consistent. My lights also pulsate from bright to dim. Thanks for posting.
Godspeed,

Very informative
You are great and I was facing this same issue and got it fixed the way you guided…cost of repair 10$
Как снимали блок?
You are awesome. I keep getting that message on my H2 and have had the alternator and charging system tested. It has still been showing up intermittently. This gives me a starting point.
Thanks
