You can’t solve the humvee’s problem with a more powerful engine. The issue
with it is that it offers very little protection against IEDs and
landmines.

I think there was some confusion about percent grade and degrees. A 45
degree hill is 100% grade.

They can’t change the engine people, the current engine in the HUMVEE can
run on JP8. It is the militaries universal fuel, you can run a tank,
helicopter, HUMVEE, etc all on the same fuel. Oh and the last HUMVEE to be
used in combat was the M1152, and is no longer being used in the field;
making the discussion of the topic superfluous lol. The ARMY and Marine
corps now primarily use MRAP platform vehicles like the MATv; which I must
say is completely bad a$$!

The HMMV was NEVER.designed for what it is currently used for! Thats what
infantry,fighting vehicles are for, but on urban environments a bradley
cannot move very well in alleys and small streets.

Try up-armored M998’s. Those are way worse than the M1151’s and M1152s.
Please fix those before trying the turbo’d 6.2L.
Also, high lock only locks the center differential. In all settings you
have torsen limited slip differentials that provide good traction in almost
any condition.
