I don’t understand u say the housing had pitting and need replaced. Was the
pitting on the gasket to block surface and was causing the leak? How much
did the new housing cost from the dealer? I have same truck with same leak
would this be the same set up for a 2001 5.4 f150?
is the gasket the same on a 2000 f150 4.6L
If the gasket is what was leaking, was it necessary to replace the whole
adapter?
is this leak from a more serious problem?
where can I order the replacement oil filter adapter? I have a 99
