This video shows how to install new HVAC blower motor assembly in your 1998-2011 Ford Ranger. The blower motor, and typically integrated fan, is responsible for blowing the heated or cooled air from your heat or AC system into the cabin of your vehicle. A fan could become noisy if it is broken, or could stop spinning all together.

This repair was done on a 2011 Ford Ranger XLT 2.3L Extended Cab Pickup 4-Door RWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
