OK. Never mind and I found about my problem. For benefit of anyone else that might have a loosen license plate panel/ hatch plate area (That is very annoying when trying to open the back door from outside): 1- Open the back door panel using plastic panel removal tool, after removing all the 10 mm bolts and the door lowering handle (8mm if I remember right). 2- Then remove the 6, 10mm bolts that holds licence plate panel, from inside, using extension. Pay attention if they are broken from base. 3- Release the latch cable as nicely shown in this video. 4- Panel is free an now can be removed. There are sliding plastic areas that 6 square end screws lodge there (Slide into position) and then attach to the bolts you just removed from inner side of the truck. In my case the top right was broken. Additionally the lower left was lose. 5- I used Epoxy that hold them back to position beautifully. Now its back to normal and no need to buy a new panel. Thanks Doctordetail. I wouldn't do it without your encouraging guide here.
I have a lose point in right upper aspect of this same panel that becomes badly noticeable, when you try to lift the back door. Not sure if I broke a clamp or bolt base or what but can you advise me as to who to go about it and repair it? Hopefully I don't have to replace it all and a JB weld or epoxy can do the job, only if I can figure out, how to get there.
