It hurts me to see you use the red boots on the ground cable. I didn’t know
that ring terminals needed a chemical connection. Why 17 grounds to the
engine? You only need 1. Do you run 4 power wires to your amp as well? Your
transmission doesn’t need a 0 gauge ground to have “crisp shifts.” Also,
bigger wire is better for more CURRENT, not electron flow. You kind of knew
what you were doing, but you could have used the same amount of wire to do
a big 3, which is the right way to do it. You don’t need 2 to the block, 3
to the body, and just keep the shitty stock alternator wire, because the
customer didn’t pay extra for it? 1 ground to the block, 1 ground to the
body, 1 from battery positive to alternator. You talking about spark plugs
too, spark plugs use high voltage and very little current, they run off a
14 gauge 12v connection to the coil. This “custom grounding kit” that you
charged this customer for, isn’t improving anything!
