You can skip checking the gap distance on the AC Delco Iridium spark plugs. According to the AC Delco website, you should use a gap distance of 0.043″ for the 41-103 plugs with Hummer H3’s.
I have always double checked the gap before installing, never know what happens during shipping. but i’m checking for a big gap difference.
2006-07 and up requires a gap of 1.08 mm 0.042 in
2008-10 and up requires a gap of 1.02 mm 0.040 in

Great video awesome detail, one question I do have is what are the plugs gapped at???

leafygreentree says:

Hi David,

Yes, I had to pull up on the wire harness. There is no vibration.

Hi, excellent video, thanks for posting it. One question: how do you move the wire harness over coil #1? Did you just pry it up off the engine block? I would like to move it without breaking those plastic clips if possible. Thanks.

Hey Leafy!

Great, Great, Video! Costs $400 and some dollars to have someone else do it. Thought it was very detailed and consistent. Your video will save people a lot of time..and money.. For new ones, it looks complicated, but you made it easy.. Thanks AGAIN!
