verry coincidental that the exact wiring that you need for the car to start and run had been severed , if it wasnt hidden away under the dash as far as it was with no way to get to it from under the dash i wouldve suspected an unscrupulous mecanic had cut them sabotaging the car to be able to buy it from the previous owner verry cheaply (you may laugh but i had it happen that a mecanic pulled the wiring of the wipermotor making it fail the vehicle safety inspection and trying to convince me that the car was not worth the repair , i knew the wipers didnt had problems before i whent there , so while he was trying to distract me / hold me from checking the car myself , i ignored him and looked at the wiring and found the loosened plug tucked under some other wiring , the mecanic wasnt happy about me calling him out in public as a fraud , never whent to that garage again )

looks like you gotten a verry nice car for verry little money

More boost is gonna be so interesting!

@topmoptopmop1234 says:

I can never find your links to in this case the scan tool .

@nuttyDesignAndFab says:

power steering data can be interesting! you can learn about alignment, dynamic events, combine it with IMU data. heck you can detect the camber of the road and crosswinds in it (on some cars).

@zpingusu says:

So, the electric wizardry just came back to life? that's pretty nice.
I was sure that the hybrid battery was dead and deactivated by the computer.

@jsteiger2228 says:

I'd like to see you rehabilitate the hybrid system battery, if there is a reasonable path to doing so. Hell, I'd like it even more if there is an unreasonable path to doing so!

@MeowStationOrignal says:

How did you get a capture card to work on the scanner tool?

@aaronw447 says:

As a rodent attorney, I strongly object to the defamatory statements made in this video. Any evidence is purely circumstantial. My client is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

@wd5vd says:

so you sold out

@stubby7934 says:

Nice scanner. Only $456 Canadian! Throw in taxes and it costs as much as my insight did, lol!

Now go drain that hybrid pack down to nothing and grid charge it a couple of times and you'll be good to go.

@DracoOmnia says:

Anyone have any good tricks for keeping rodents out of your stuff? Seems to be a problem for me every winter and I can't poison due to outdoor pets. I'd get a barn cat if I had a barn but everything's out and exposed.

@bhash96530 says:

Marsupials sure do love chewing wires!

@rodneyross5282 says:

Now you have a real daily driver for the grocery store or other things. Have a blessed week.

@B0RN2RACE100 says:

Jimbo is just an ocean of regular automotive knowledge. Also as always must comment on how entertaining you can make fixing 2 hidden wires not chewed on by cows

@unclebs4732 says:

Good morning from Michigan! I really enjoyed the content today, checking and fixing a car that is not common and that is still available was interesting. Keep the videos coming!

@peteranderson037 says:

Brawndo brand electrical insulation has the electrolytes that rats crave.

@kwadkenstine4988 says:

Rodent damage ? someone installed a kill switch and then yanked it out

@draftwood says:

Yet more validation of how well engineered Honda product is.

@joshg1244 says:

Yea that’s the funny thing about Nickel Metal Hydride battery cells. They can go empty and be recharged and still work pretty well.

@cavailerpugman702 says:

I’ve messed with one of these at work Put high flow filter on it and no catalytic converter and fooled the sensors, much more power and better fuel economy

@frankhenry645 says:

very affordable price is mechanical code for first born child

@Commander-McBragg says:

We love you Jimbo!

@sammorgan2390 says:

Good job finding those wires
