Anyone notice the comparison at the end… it's not the same spring diameter like she says. You can clearly see and if you count the coils.

Very nice and clear instruction on how to replace the rear strut and spring assembly on the 7th Gen Accord. She made it looks easy but it is obvious that it would go a lot smoother with another person help to get the old strut our and put the new one into position. I noticed that the new strut assembly has a much short rubber boot for the strut, not sure why. I can see that she struggled to hold the suspension down while try to finagle the new strut assembly in. If you don't have one of these strut assemblies, you don't know how much it weights, it is not easily hold it stable with one hand/arm! She also nicely provided the torque specs for the mounting bolts for the strut assembly which is way cool. I did the same strut replacement on my car with the exception of the removal and reinstall the actual struct assembly, I just get my kid help to hold down the suspension while I take out and put back the strut with 2 hands. The other thing I did was to reuse the old mounting nuts on the top, so it does not go out of specs. I am not sure why the non OEM part manufacturers decided to change the mounting nut size needlessly. I'd say, this take a lot longer than replace the front strut assembly as you have to take the seat apart. Well done!

Amazing thank you for this video

I'd like to see you use a measuring caliper on both the old and new spring diameter, i would put money on it that they are NOT the same.
