I did both rear drums and now my brake pedal is very mushy and wont brake at all even when push all the way, i almost crashed, what can i do?!

HELP-04 Civic LX all brake pads changed,all wheels bled,but seems like only the back drum brakes are stopping my car.. Brake Pedal is normal when the car is off but when the car is started up the pedal goes to the floor WHY???? anyone HELP

Excellent video. It's incredibly helpful to see this before tackling the job. However, there's one important step that was missed. Before re-installing the new shoes, clean the backing plate good with some brake cleaner. Then apply some brake lubricant to the six contact points where the back edge of the shoes slide against (there are bosses on the backing plate). Skipping this step could cause some noisy rear brakes as the metal surfaces will be rubbing against each other.
