Great video, very straightforward!
What is the size of the speakers? is it 6.5" or a 6.75"? I am looking at forums but can't get a definitive answer.
Just to put this out their. The clip behind the door handle can be pushed in to release it. It releases it that way. Then you just press it back out to reseat it
Don't you think that using a chain saw to remove the speaker would be a lot easier?
Excellent! Very detailed!
Terrible terrible advice. You missed 1 screw and the doors don’t need to be removed. You can work on the speakers by removing the bottom clips and the screws near the handle.
Hi thanks for the video. what size speakers do i need?
watch till 2:35 and skip the rest, no need to pull that door card
Good video, except you missed a screw by the window controls, which almost stripped when I yanked the door off.
On the Phillips head screw that goes into the top when tightening it down does it come to a stop or does yours screw keep spinning like mine
There's another screw behind the power window panel, you left out it's existence and removal
What do I do
Good informative video in removing the door panels but it would have been extremely helpful to actually install new speakers since it involves other steps, which I got from watching another video. Good video nonetheless. Please upload one in how to install the back speakers for newer Civic models.
Great video
Nice video , but no way do u need to remove the door locks as this might be the most difficult part for a beginner . Once u pop off door panel simply lay it on its side w door locks still attached. U can easily get to the speaker to replace it
If new speaker needs adapter to fit u can easily cut the oem speaker out of the plastic frame and attach your new speaker on top of it and screw back in factory speaker adaptor
