Honda customer since 1972,,,, excellent video, My 96 civic went over 500k, it died because of an accident not because of engine problems…..(my first Honda N600—-latest and last 2024 crv). Life is short,, you meet the nicest people on a Honda…
I wish there could be actual human narration. This sucks..
AI driven Youtube, funny how some people try to ask it questions.
Have 04 pilot with 279,000.
Fix transmission soft parts, valve cover gasket and power steering pump.
This video is full of doo doo it's bullshit. Nobody says to change the oil every ten thousand miles and to change it at five thousand some people say it's changed it at three thousand what garbage?I stop watching in two minutes in
I drive an 04 CR-V with 210k miles and it’s still going strong bc of doing all of this myself at the recommended intervals. I bought it with 140k miles in 2020. Drove from FL to OH and back at 200k miles in 2025 with zero problems. Do these things and your car will make it to 300k miles or more. Don’t do these things and you’ll end up buying vehicles or engine/transmission replacements every 3-5 years while the person who follows these intervals will only be dealing with that stuff every 8-10 years.
I used cvt castrol in my 2015 civic in last 2 years and it shifts fine is there an issue uses cvt castrol fluid in it?
I put on 10k a year should I change the oil once or twice a year?
According to you you need heavy wallet just yo keep the basic honda running
Replace the oil every day, replace transmission fluid every week, replace coolant every month…replace breaks every other day this way your car will never break down , I mean…….
Sorry, I disagree when it comes to transmission fluid. I had a 2010 Honda Odyssey with 230,000 miles. I bought it at 160. And I only use versa trans LV in it. Not the overpriced Honda fluid. And it’s still going strong.
