I had the exact same problem and another install guy that was there said he
knew exactly what to do, what he did was run a longer RCA far away from the
fuel pump and guess what it stopped doing it. He said that the fuel pump
picks up interference from the fuel pump and now my woofer won’t make a
sound until the radio is on and volume up. I didn’t have to mess with the
ANC at all.

Brian POnte says:

Theres actually one more better way and won’t lose your bluetooth or
wrinkle your headliner or the lights on the dash telling you your doors are
open because you cut wires in the doors. That nuts no offence guys but all
you have to do is unplug a harness. Its a little tough to get to but I just
did it n boy am i glad i did. Its the harness behind the unit in betwween 2
screws but you can get to it without removeing any thing but bending the
plastic cover on the passenger side of the vehicle. If you remove that and
you remove that HARNESS in between the 2 bolts behind you unit its well
worth it. Just did it n I’m estadic!

Jason Lee says:

you have more then one anc system in your car?

Jason Lee says:

lol yes it drove me crazy also, and yes, when you unplug your mics the
bluetooth capabilities goes out the door. you can take the actual anc
system out but i didn’t want to take apart my new car.

Jason Lee says:

they do, but the way i did its the most economical and convenient for me.

ceddyced31 says:

man i stayed up for hours trying to figure what was causing sub to hum.
Close doors with car running and da shyt drove me crazy lol.. Appreciate
the heads up.. Gonna see if they make a part that can bypass

Rodrigo Soares says:

hey i am having the same problem with my car, so whenever you unplug the
microphones to disables will the turn off my bluetho ? My is having the
same crazy noise whenever i turn on the car with the door close once i open
it goes all also.

Jason Lee says:

there is not hole from the factory, you will have to drill one, i decided
to do it behind the glove compartment, yeah you gotta take off the glove
door for that.

yojani martinez says:

can you put a video of where the firewall hole is located.

MARCI4RMLB says:

the song and artists do you know how to display that?

AudioTrixonline says:

I have a method that will work without losing the factory bluetooth but it
does show a door open on the dash when the car is running, A simple relay
interrupt circuit: 85 – Ground 86 – Ignition (or remote wire to subwoofer)

How do you like the stock speakers as is? Are they good quality? Thanks for
the video

Alexandre Guirand says:

when you turn it off, would you be able to use the built in mic in the car
to make phone call, meaning when you connect your phone to your car to make
call, the mic in the car will not work or ?

Jason Lee says:

depends which method you choose to do. if you unplug all the mics all
together its obvious your built in phone will not work. if you do it
through the radio like i showed then ur phone will work.

Showerlady says:

You totally ruined the headliner, it’s totally fucked : (

Juan Chan says:

Could you please tell me where did you get the sound for input to the New
Amp. I have installed an Amp too (JBL JTO5355) and my Sub is 12″ Pioneer
Champion Series. First i take the sound from the output of the Factory Amp
(My versión is EXL NAVY) i use a Low/High converter and conect to the input
new Amp, the ANC was able and my Sub go crazy. Then i disconnect both ANC
Mics and the problema dissapear. Last week i decided to change everything,
i pull out the Headsound and take the sound directly

Asad Channar says:

there is no dash kit for 2013 accord!. Also i would say if you want to get
a better sound then change your speakers and put sub in there as well. If
you plan to buy speakers then make sure you get around 50 watt rms power
speakers. They will match with your headunit pretty well and then add
infiniti tweeter in back . I had infinite speakers and it sounds great. I
just have hard time with sub. ANC is giving me hard time. I might just
disconnect mic .

Jason Lee says:

no i did not, speakers are still stock. i only have one 10″ alpine type r
so in an enclosed box so the bass isn’t too dramatic, just the perfect
amount to keep the quality of the music clean. if you upgrade to new
speakers you should amplify them further too be super loud, if not its not
a big deal.

Lluvia Dimas says:

I tried your method, but its still making that noise. Do you know what else
I can try? Im desperate for an answer. thanks for the vid.

Jason Lee says:

yeah i didn’t want to go through ripping apart a brand new car apart if you
know what i mean.

unr1 says:

Did you upgrade your door speakers? If so, do they sound much better even
with the stock head unit?
