Hi ! I am writing to you from KSA
I have 1999 Honda civic, i cleaned it from inside by water after that I have a lot of electrical problems . One of them is the radio .
It's not start normally when you open the switch until you switch on the dash lights.
Can you help me to fix this problem.
I have a diploma in electronics but i don't know the circuit diagram for this car and i hope you to help me !

It's common failure with 8th gen Civic's. I've troubleshooted my Civic with that issue and also find out it's window regulator motor problem. After disassembling gearbox and motor everything whose looking fine and motor started working again. So I've assembled everything back again and power windows worked… for few days and stopped working again. As long window is closed it's not bothering me that much.
