I have a 2007 cbr 600rr , bought the tst integrated tail light (clear) and
its not working for me??? I NEED HELP just the wiring part??
i have a 2006 600rr. i bought one of these and the wires for the blinkers
did not come with the white things on the end to connect it. dumb as fuck

So removing the heatshield from a 07 cbr1000rr with stock exhaust is okay?

I have a 2009 Honda CBR600RR with a Slip On Akrapovic exhaust. Are there
any adverse effects to removing the heat shield?

The heat shield obstructs the view of the tail light and collects all the
heat above the exhaust and spills it onto the light, causing it to melt.
The caps come off because they obstruct the visibility of the tail light.
Most people that install this light also buy an aftermarket exhaust so
there is no issue with caps. Some people will keep their OEM exhaust, and
for that we sell a nice carbon fiber exhaust cap that replaces the OEM cap
and does not obstruct visibility of the tail light.
