torque wrench nice thats the way,you could hold it better one hand on each hand,you get more feel better guidance.
as for the head aluminum,not really they are always alloys to manufacters recepie.

I have a 1994 Honda Civic. My spark plugs are way easier to remove than in this video. They just pop right out and you remove them. It takes about 10 minutes. Sometimes less.
