@Kai Hanna – maybe the seal is broken? take off the cover and re-seal it or
put a new one on but make sure to seal it with the proper gasket sealant.
You should be able to use the same steps shown in this video, pretty much
the same procedure for most bikes. Good luck!

when i saw this in my subscription feed i thoutht “why would anyone need a
video to do something that’s easier then installing a slip on exhaust”
but after seeing it i thought “holy shit honda good job ruining the
simplicity of the flywheel side”
i bet a lot of people will use this video

Tom Hill says:

And you replaced your cover because……?

manphantom666 says:

Might be good idea to put small amount of blue locktite for threads of
those alternator stator mounting bolts.

What’s your view on your 125cc motorbikes, geared and everything? I ride a
50cc Yamaha Jog RR which is nice to have a “RR” sounds better doesn’t it? I
thinking of getting a 125cc or maybe a 250cc later in years, anyway safe
riding man! :)

Kai Hanna says:

I had to replace the stator on my r6 a week a bitch because it kept leaking
the wires that come out of the top

413suliveres says:

Changing the stator is cake. The pain is getting to the wire connection.
