I have an 87 as well, Chevy version of yours. Was built by some custom “coach” company from Illinois. Has the same rear spoiler like yours as well as the oak cb console and by golly the same sagging headliner. Haha. Yours runs tho, the original tbi 454 in mine needs some love. I’m liking what you’re doing…12 valve and such. Subscribed.

Great job Seth. Andrea and the kids pitched right in. Headliners can be a Headache, but the finished project looks spectacular, alot cleaner w/o that overhead console. Thanks for all the tips on tackling a job like this.

Douglas Page says:

The plaid is super cool. I heard that foam is quite toxic.

Decent Garage says:

I really liked the wood console!

XOZ Industries says:

That’s pretty cool, I always hated those GM headliners from those years, that way worked good. Soldering iron works good for making those holes in the fabric good and won’t fret the fabric

MANOWAR KILLS says:

Gotta love those old 70's corner windows you would push out to force a ton of air into the cabs. Headline looks great. The plaid tartan is a nice touch.
