I just realized you don’t need to jack the truck up for this, literally take the bolts out and stick the new shock and the bolts back in. Thank you!

Second, my fucking mechanic wanted to charge me 1600 to replace my rear shocks and this was it. It's $400 for 4 Bilstein 5100. Goddamn thief.
