Hey, guys! John here with RealTruck.com. I want to show you how to install the Anzo LED 3rd Brake Light on this 2015 GMC Sierra Denali 2500. So we’ve got our 3rd Brake light out of the box here, guys, you can see, it’s a really nice-looking light, and it’s chrome. It’s pretty much ready to go to install. It comes with everything you have here, your wiring, the LED’s are already in place, and also your scotch lock connectors to attach this to your factory harness. Let’s get this in the truck.

The first thing we’re going to do, guys, here to install our new brake light is to just take these hex set screws out of this one, and then just pull it out just like so, and disconnect it from here. Now, there’s a couple of different things we can do here. One, we can either use the scotch locks, and we can splice our new light into these wires; however, what I like to do and what’s actually the best method is to just use this plug. So what we’re going to do then is we’re just going to get this tape back here a little bit, and we’re going to take this plug, and we’re going to attach it to the new light.

All right, guys, so in order to hook this up, what we’re going to do is we’re going to take our wires and we’re going to match them up here. However, if you look at this, you can see we have a white, a black, and a purple. Well, what we’re going to do is we’re going to connect the white to white, the black to black, and then the red we will attach to the purple one on our truck harness. Really easy to do. 866-554-0581
