GMC Sierra 1500 Tech Tip: How to Install Baja Designs S8 20" Light Bar in Grille

In this tech tip video, we’re showing you how we installed a Baja Designs 20-inch S8 Light Bar in the grille of a new GMC Sierra 1500 truck. First, in the lower part of the grille, you will have to remove a few grille notches. We filed them down and cleaned them up, and that allows us to recess the light bar within the grille. We used our Wicked S8 Grille Bracket along with the supplied Baja Designs bracket to mount the light bar within the grille. This mount allows for a little bit of wiggle room so you can tip the light bar slightly upwards or downwards to your preferred spot. This mount sticks out very little on the front of the grille and provides a very clean and sleek look. Watch the video to see more detail and find out how we run the wiring.
