Thanks Sam for making this video! I just changed out the pulse board on my 1996 S-10 and it works fantastic now! It was fixed in a recall many years ago but when it came up again (stalled wiper action, washer fluid may or may not squirt) I decided to just change the board. $22.49 at CarQuest for a new board and I'm up and running again just fine!
Any one can be a parts changer, how does on test it to make sure that's the problem before spending $65 on a new one or hunting for one at a local bone yd?
Thanks for posting this video. 5 min job, worked like a charm!
=)
Or fix for free just pull out board and reheat solder
Oh yeah in by the way screwed the dealer
Thank you sam great video I wish there were more people like you out there thanks so much you're a big help

Been having that for over a year now. Thanks for showing me to a starting point !
i find it very funny when non mecanics try to explai what they are doing and saying that they hope the problem is fixed, more like praying.
