I just did this to my 06 lbz and when I turn off my truck it shakes and has like a weird vibration/flutter like noise only when I turn the truck off does yours do that and are you running stock motor mounts?
Does it transfer an excessive amount of vibration into the truck?
Any way youve got a part number for this ?

The third in the mount is for vehicles that only use one bolt to mount to the cross member.
