Ha my neighbor just bought a used Chevy and i can hear the tranny whinning noise every time he drives away.
This is wild. I have owned my 2021 Chevy DURAMAX for the past 4 years! Free and Clear! I just hit 70,000 miles, no drive training issues. Let's keep moving!

If it weren't for GM, transmission guys wouldn't have a job.
Does the whole transmission get replaced when this issue happens if it’s under warranty?
Had this going on with a 10L80 recently and called this exactly.. They only approved a trans flush. Said it wouldn't fix it.. And it didn't.

What's with these external transmission pumps and belt driven engine oil pumps? Who comes with these stupid ideas?
Nothing like school vehicle, built solid, not like the junks we see today.
…or just avoid the 10 L 80 all together.
