Did this today, freed the stuck lifter, but when putting everything back together and starting the motor, the same lifter failed again. So tomorrow I gotta do it all over Amani, but this time I’m taking the head off and replacing that lifter and pushrod. Then I’m gonna flush the block and change the oil provided this works this time. Definitely ordered the AFM Delete thing for the obd2
So, i had replaced one lifter, headgasket, and the next lifter failed, so i got a whole set of lifters and 2 new gaskets, and new pushrods. And sure as shit a new one failed on the other side this time. Ill try this trick this time knowing they are new, but it feels springy, so im hoping the top didnt like pop off??

What did you use for the Punch ? did you have to do any MoDS.
None of this s*** was mandated by Congress anyway, so that means it's all being repealed because the EPA does not have the authority.

Do not do this, replace the lifters and valley cover
Delete AFM and change oil every 3000 miles!
