@wbullock44 yeah it is man but to me it’s worth it. The outcome of you
working in your car and making it look and feel better is the greatest
feeling you will have. The hardest part for me was the lights on the A/C
control unit.

jlrmywork says:

@Crlaw75 yeah I know. It’s a bit of a hassle depending how small the bulbs
are that you have to remove and sometimes they work and sometimes they
don’t when it comes to soldering LEDS because of the voltage difference.

Hey i have the same car i need to know where to find the light bud for the
dome because advance auto dont sell it and auto zone so do you know>>?

crlaw75 says:

Too bad a lot of bulbs on vehicles now are soldered-on.

Hi jlrmywork, was hoping that you could help me with some info. I’m trying
to replace the switch you did video on. can you tell me if it’s sold
separate. I called a auto part yard. they told me I had to replace the
entire steering column. I may be female. but I aint stupid. I’m trying to
find out what it is called.. and how would i get it. If i have to go to
dealership then I will. But in meantime I’m trying to get around it. can
you help please?

jlrmywork says:

@fran Ferguson, hi the control is just called a steering wheel radio
control switch. I found these on ebay used but they are in black. Here is
the item number: 360743511519 I am sorry that the auto parts place gave you
a hard time. You are correct they are lying to you. The steering wheel
column doesn’t have to be replaced, they don’t know what the hell they are
talking about. Hope this helps.

@BLK Platinum, thank you very much. For the dash lights I used 7 T10 led
bulbs and for everything else I used T3 led lights.

BLK Platinum says:

Man you do great work. I have an 2001 Buick Park Ave Ultra that i’m
starting to customize . Do you use the same leds for all the dash lights?

jlrmywork says:

thank you man, I appreciate it man. I wish I could have gotten a chance to
solder a few replacements but I cant find my soldering gun or my lights
lol! I know I packed them somewhere so their at my house but I got a grip
of boxes I still haven’t got to.
