In order to get the lock plate out correctly you need a steering wheel lock
plate remover. It depresses the lockplate allowing you access to the
lockplate ring which needs to be pryed out and then you release the tool
and the lockplate easily slides out.. Thanks for doing these videos they
are very helpfull and informative.
