No, you just need a mac to be able to install it on your iDevice
use another Computer or Mac to install

Where the hell is the blur effect we had on iPad 3 before Beta 5? Is that a
bug or something? Now everything is just transparent, actually a very ugly
transparency… :/
That’s what I’m afraid… I’ll try to downgrade to Beta 4, where everything
