I’m glad that you liked the song. Sorry it’s stuck in your head though.

Josh Brown says:

my head though.

carll smith says:

but not start car and push just the preset 5 and forward seek button ?

rusco321 says:

Io Octav says:

xrey7 says:

What would be the cheapest a dealer will charge to unlock a radio?

Lilia Ramos says:

On mine it turn on then off help

billspcclinic says:

not much into rap but it was okay, now how long will the radio play tell it
gos off again?

astrosafari727 says:

My 2001 Malibu has the same stereo, and I think it is programed to the car,
so maybe before 2002? I know older theftlock radios programing was
optional, you put in your own code. Another one of GM’s stupid ideas! Most
thieves aren’t after factory stereos. They want fancy aftermarket units.

TheJanka51 says:

no they hook up a scanner to the OBD connection and change the code with it
, its cheaper then buying the tool.

wafrederick says:

Started in 2001,programed to the vehicle.I did in one in a 2001 Monte Carlo
recently.

Kyle Whybrew says:

that rhyme man… ILL

Kevin Town says:

Are the radio’s the same way in a 1999 Cavalier?…I really need to know
because I need a factory radio to put back into the car. Thank you.

Jennies Garage says:

Yes you can do it every time you turn the car on. I think it will last
anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour depending on the radio.

Jon Daniels says:

How long will this last? and can you do this everytime you turn the car on.

TheJanka51 says:

most dealers will fix it for 25.00

CaptainSteve says:

I bought a radio/cd player for my chevy Colorado on ebay. the directions
they gave me didn’t work. Your direction worked, but as soon as the key is
turned on it locks again. Is that normal? Should I return the radio???

Nate H says:

CONT… At the Radio screen, select: Module Setup. At the Module
Replacement screen, select the appropriate module to setup. Press EXIT on
the scan tool and cycle the ignition.

Green sexy girls says:

lol, sick music!

Jennies Garage says:

Yeah, I don’t know what the logic is. Thieves typically don’t go after
factory stereos.

Matt Graham says:

This didn’t work for me, but props for your “little diddy”

Jennies Garage says:

Hi, Aside from the method in the video, you might be able to de-solder a
chip on the main board. It works on small number of these radios, but not
all. Google theftlock eeprom and you should find it.

A Nick and a Vic says:

Just so you guys know, I had this same stereo on my 2000 Impala 3400 and
also on my 2001 Impala 3800 so these stereos were used at least since 2000.

manowar99 says:

Sick song lol. “Press preset five and the forward seek” toppin’ the charts.
Love it dude!

Jennies Garage says:

glad you liked it, I was definitely in a goofy mood when I made it!

Jennies Garage says:

Not yet, I’m still working on my debut EP!

DAVID BAUTISTA says:

prove it worked in my autosterio paid only 10 minutes as you do so it will
not power down??

TheJanka51 says:

ah ha ha ha ha ha thats pretty funny

javier carrilllo says:

How you get it to turn on I’m using a CPU?

Jennies Garage says:

Glad you liked my jr. mc skills!

Juan says:

Hey bro, i just bought a factory stereo for my 03 avalanche since my double
din was stolen. Well I already plugged it in my truck and followed this
instructions, but when I turn on the truck it locks again, what should I do
next?.

Jennies Garage says:

Thanks! When I get time I’m thinking about spit’n 52 bars on that beat!

Turco949 says:

There is no tool needed other than a pair of needle-nose pliers. You open
the case, locate the chip and go to work!

Jennies Garage says:

Thanks! Up and coming MC here!

Joshua Murphy says:

Hehe nice rap

Turco949 says:

More like 6 un-easy payments of $25! lol.
