Jeffrey Porter says:

Thank you for making this video! I followed your instructions step by step and was able to replace my sensor in less than 2 hours and now have an accurate oil pressure reading. You saved me hundreds of dollars doing myself and several hours compared to removing the entire intake plenum. It wasn't easy because there is so little room to work back there but with perseverance, I got it done. Thanks again!

dave heetland says:

excellent job with showing us how the clips undo. great pix to.

Michael Shigeta says:

Thank you for making this video and clearly explaining the process and tools needed to perform the task!

Great video, thanks for making this.

Leo N. says:

Isnt that still low pressure after sensor repoacement?? When temp reaches still going to get lower right? Causing the MIL to come on again??

Jose Guzman says:

I got the oil switch sensor replaced but it still indicates I have low oil pressure, does anyone know what it can be ?

Johnny Appleseed says:

That glove hanging on for dear life

Rockaway Township Fire Dept. says:

Thank you. I watched another video and they removed the intake manifold and I was so relieved to see how you did it. It only took me 30 minutes and it went EXACTLY as you showed. The only glitch was when I started the truck, the oil pressure still read zero, but 15 seconds later it read correctly. Great job, saved me hundreds $$$.

MIGGY'S says:

is there a website where you get the blueprint of the vehicle to know where this sensor is at? I am looking for a Chevy Volt and cant seem to find the sensor myself

Polaciouskolanskis says:

Thanks it's off

Richard Sorrell says:

Thank you for this video!

Alex V says:

Thanks!!! Just did mine on a 2014 Suburban and although a pain in the a//, your instructions helped disconnecting the hoses!

Mike Eaton says:

Thanks Eric. Didn't swear but once! Took about 40 minutes. No cuts but maybe a little bruising later. Luckily I don't have large hands.

Texans Down Under says:

Nicely done! Clear instructions, and great camera work. Far enough away for the overview, but close enough for detail. Highly underrated quality for instructional videos.

LADY BLESSED says:

Thank you so much for making this video & showing step-by-step i was able to do it myself & was able to save 500 bucks git it done less then 3 hours thank you thank you

balconio1172 says:

Dude! Awesome video, thanks for making this. I took your suggestion and removed the two vacuum lines and it did make things slightly easier.

Really glad I watched this first. I bought the socket and used a u-joint and the whole thing went really smoothly.

I shit my pants a little when I first turned on the truck and saw ZERO psi of oil pressure… It took about 5 seconds to build up pressure and now it's 50psi at idle when cold which seems strong to me.

Taylor Bone says:

What size socket

Willie Collins says:

I need to hook otemeter to oil sensor to check it to see if it's bad before I pull it out
