In this video i show the steps and procedures necessary to replace the multi-function switch/ turn signal switch in a gm truck. these step will work for an Chevy silverado, Tahoe, suburban, gmc sierra, Yukon, Denali, as well as come hummers and Oldsmobile vehicles. the vehicle in this video is a 2004 Chevy Tahoe with cruise control. when ever the right turn signal is activated, the high beams on the vehicle would come on, obliviously causing a issue for oncoming traffic. i have seen these switches fail before, now allowing the turn signals, brake lights and high beams to work correctly. below is a list of parts i used in this video, i hope this video helps you out. if it has please like and subscribe. thanks for watching.

Mine was doing the same thing. Then after a year my left turn would do the hazards. So right side had my brights and left hazards.

Have you ever experienced the switch causing the information panel to display: "Turn Signal On" when it really isn't? If I push the lever to the right signal, it immediately corrects the issue.

CACMEX says:

I was ok with the high beams coming on, I would just simply hold right turn signal slightly as to not cause the high beams to come on. My cruise control just went out as well, time to replace. I gotta have my cruise control. Great video, I appreciate it.

Derek Hardin says:

Looks like a pretty simple fix. I have to replace mine on a 2004 Tahoe. The mechanic wants 350 bucks plus parts to do this job.

Russell Maguire says:

My left and right turn signals are flashing very quickly but when hazards are on its normal. Chevy avalanche 2007. Any suggestions?

Andy Konetzke says:

Can this cause the blinker to blink fast? None of my bulbs are bad
