You disable the Airbags by disconnecting your Positive battery cable 1st
wait @ least 3 mins before you proceed.I speak from experience…

24TEEMAN says:

I used the bluepoint plyers to crimp off the heater hoses. I dropped the
steering column ( remember to disconnect the small cable for the shift
indicator. I unbolted the three screws on the top of the dash below the
windshield. Removed the 2 bolts on each side of the dash at the door jam
area and I didn’t completely remove the dash board but slid the right side
out and let it rest on the center consol enough to remove heater core.
total time that it took me was 3.5 hours.

zdaytona says:

Wtf did that guy say remove the upper intake to do a heater core.. Ok put
down your tools and take the car to a real tech..

Mason Crouch says:

didn’t show how to disable air bags, never actually pulled heater core out,
if it takes 5-6 hours for you to replace a heater core, step away you do
not know what your are doing, if you do decide to give it a try, take your
time and be patient.

wera9666 says:

The intake not the manifold you dumbass’. It takes 2 minutes. The intake
manifold is clearly still on this car.

dirtywhiteboymma says:

Clint Eastwood doing this service..?

Marc Davis says:

Repair manual calls for complete removal of the whole dashboard out the
passengers side of the car. 5-6 hours is a conservative estimate for a
amateur or a DIY’er. this is only the interior part. to get to the heater
hoses in the engine compartment, most people remove the upper intake to
gain access to the firewall to remove the hoses. This is not an easy
repair, even for a Master Mechanic.

redexit says:

Then show us master. At least this guy took the time to show something.
Yes not clear, but he tried. Where is your video?

Roslyn Mitchell says:

This guy really sucks! I changed my heater core in my 2000 ford taurus in 1
hr! I not even a master mechanic either! no need to drop steering wheel at
all. People need to do more damn research before the start doing anything
to a car. i know cars like the back of my hand

Manojoel Manojoel says:

wtf, i cant understand nothing…..

jedijoshua00 says:
