that was cool i learned alot.
We just machined a 1923 Ford for valve seats. As luck has it, nobody on
the planet
had adjustable lifters, so, the new stainless valve stems are too short
with solid
lifters. Solution valve stem caps with inside shims a racing item. Two
months later the backordered adjustable lifters came in. Oh well we’ll use
them on the next one.
