Thanks for the video, I’m gonna do the swap on my ’81 F150
Thank you for the video. I am working on my blue 1979 F100 and fixing to do
the same thing. I am not experienced mechanic but I am a red neck . Keep
the videos coming
Thnx for the insight gotten rusty on f series
I never knew about CRC Freeze off. I’m not a mechanic so I don’t run
across stuff like that often. I do have a truck with a master cylinder
issue so this was really helpful! Thanks!
Thanks for the videos. Best master cylinder how-to that I’ve seen.
Ranting and raving is always an important part of doing repairs. I know
I’ve sworn and had some angry rants while I work on my El Camino, and
that’s just for simple repairs!
Excellent presentation. Explanation very short, sharp & straight to the
point. Easy to follow up without a plan or a rough drawing or a blueprint.
Very easy to understood theory & practical. I really enjoyed all your video
clips. I liked your way of tutorial concept, slow & calm. Double thumbs up
to you for your efforts & once again a big thank you for your very useful
info & tips. That was truly impressive for me. You are one of Professor
Genius Sir David Einstein of modern and advanced mechanical engineering.

Black wire goes to + terminal on battery White wire goes to ground Blue
wire goes to trailer brakes Red wire goes to the output wire from the brake
light switch. This wire is hot only when the brake pedal is depressed
I had to give your pop a second look because i thought he was John Lennon
Wasn’t holding your moth right! love it, my dad told me that when we were
fishing, and I wasn’t catching anything.
from what I’ve seen on other brake controllers, the light comes on when the
brakes are applied and you have a trailer on there, the slider you can move
to brake the trailer independently from the tow vehicle. I’ve never seen
that brake controller before though 🙁 so I cant tell you what the red is.
but generally red is power no?
it is ain’t it , I wander who is pickin that , oh wait it’s that feller
that puts his car in a museum for winter storage !!! ha ha ha
ah….choo
great vid man good stuff
Like myself. I will not sell my 63
Good video again lol
Very informative Videos keep up the good work 🙂
I put a vid up today about how to fix what youtube screwed up yesterday
with the subs page btw …
Always USE FLARE WRENCHES to remove Brake Lines ..get them Cheap at Harbor
Freight
you of all people should have known that one lmao !
This guys awesome 😉
yup that’s it , a bit of grease on the bleeder’s threads makes it work
better , and the lid has to be off the master cylinder while you pump …
my ass is still sore from it !
love the rant I do the same thing aboot lordco in Canada,gr8t vid.
I found the actual book for it in the glovebox lmao , the red is supposed
to go to the cold side of the brake light switch , black is power , and
blue is brake feed wire , it goes on to also say the ground is the brake
line , seems nuts , but it works , I hooked and tested it , I also found
the other end of the red wire , I think I cut it while cleaning out some
old fog light wiring ooops , all I have to do is hook the juice back to it
, but I am in no hurry , I haven’t even got a hitch on yet
I found out , the red goes to the cold side of the brake light switch , I
found the other end of the wire , I think I cut it out by mistake while
getting rid of some old fog light wiring ooops
I’ve got a vacuum pump like that but have never used it. So you just attach
that to the bleeder valve and suck the fluid through? I might give that a
try..
