Eddie Dubitsky says:

Do you think it will work on a 04 Volvo S80 T6?

Thomas Deliduka says:

I bought this A/C Pro and went I plugged it in it said 35psi in the green
zone. But my A/C was clearly not very cold. So, I started added. It jumped
to 45psi and stopped. I was shooting for close to 50 before stopping but
after tons of squeezing of the trigger it never got above 45psi. I ended up
giving up. It is colder inside but I wasn’t sure I really did much of
anything. I looked underneath and there is a pool of water from the
condenser. So, did I just not do it right?

techatyou says:

do you turn the engine off or leave it on when recharging doesn’t say in
the video just when checking the pressure the engine needs to be on

Randy T. Scarecrow says:

What a great product! It sure takes the mystery out AC recharging. The
instructions are clear enough, but the video is a welcomed touch.
I feared a trip to the repair shop for a possible compressor replacement
($$$). Luckily a co-worker had a small amount left in his ACP-100
with gauge and we found my system had low pressure — there was just enough
left to get it into the green and sure enough cooler air resulted! Phew!
Saved by the gauge! (totally found out why you recommend gloves 😉
I was loaned (given? 😀 ) the hose/gauge and bought 2 cans of AC Pro from
my friendly neighborhood Auto Zone and will finish the easy job tomorrow,
with great expectations.
This is one of those things you don’t realize/care exists til you need it
yourself, so I guess you could say I was referred by a friend in a time of
need :)

Crazy4Tediz says:

as a stoner pothead .. i did my research , bought it from a walmart last
night… started the easy process, just didnt see the tip of the hose had
a adjustable ring that snaps onto the coupler… after that ->the process
was super simple.. my celica blows cold ac 😀 thanks guys

Somber Storm says:

I think my gauge is broken on my can. I did everything, but when filling it
up my gauge never went into the green where the temp was. It went to the
edge of the green. I have used nearly the whole can and it is spewing
frost-bite cold air now, but I’m not sure if the gauge is reusable or not.

AC PRO says:

Tor Sabrewolf, we don’t have anything in either of our databases for the
1985 Porsche 944. Here is a picture and diagram of the 1987 944:
http://acprocold.com/port/1987-porsche-944s/. It could provide a point of
reference. We also wrote a blog on how to find your low pressure port. It
may be helpful:
http://acprocold.com/blog/car-tipstricks/find-low-pressure-ac-port-car/

If you still can’t find it with those resources, give us a call at
888-318-5454. And when you do find it, you could help the next 944 driver
by sending us a picture of your port!

AC PRO says:

Tyler DerpyHoves, it depends on the size of your system and how low it is
on refrigerant. The good news about A/C Pro is that it can be stored at
room temperature as long as the gauge/top is connected to the can.

AC PRO says:

Leslie Family, to convert an R-12 to use R-134a, you’ll need to use our
retrofit kit (http://acprocold.com/product/acp-110_recharge_retrofit_kit/).
It includes port adaptors and enough refrigerant to convert your system.

Robin Clark says:

I have a 2007 Suzuki fruenza and they told me that the I needed a new ac
compression. When the ac is on it makes a whistling noise and of course
it’s blowing out warm/hot air. Do you think this will work for me? I live
in FL and I can’t bare the summer here in this heat with no air.

nelsonfan24 says:

My brother charged up my a/c. (he didn’t use A/C Pro) I drove my car the
next day the air was cold for about 20 minutes, then it went to warm air.
What could be the problem and how do I fix it? Thank you for your help.

Javier Pancho says:

I just did it on my car and it didnt work 🙁 ?? When i connect it to my car
the gauge arrow was on red. Please help

2ks4 says:

Our ’99 Audi A4 stopped cooling a few years ago. We had it recharged and it
was good for the Summer, but needed to be recharged again the next year.
The shop leak tested it, replaced a seal, and recharged again, but once
again it was blowing hot air the next Summer. We’ve just dealt with the hot
car for the past two years until I ran across this product at Home Depot
yesterday. I just finished draining a can of the AC-100 and it raised the
pressure from 25 to 45, at the bottom of the “V” range. I’m going to pick
up another can to get the remaining few psi, but so far everything has gone
smoothly and there is now moderately cold air on this 90 degree day.

In the middle of filling, the familiar squealing sound that the compressor
made whenever “econ” was switched off suddenly stopped and was replaced by
a much smoother, nicer sound.

Tyson Phillips says:

The Dodge dealer told me to partially charge and check my A/C on my 2011
Durango it would cost. $130. I watched this video and went to Advance Auto
parts to purchase the A/C pro kit for $40. I used it in the parking lot and
rode home 10 minutes later on chill mode. 90 bucks to the good.

willy g says:

Man…great tutorial! went out and recharged my 2003 Dodge 1500 pickup and
now i got the cold air!!!! I was between the red lines on the gauge, but
below what would be the halfway point. Does this indicate that i might need
a little more in my system?. i put in the whole can. Regardless, just
wanted to say how pleased i am with the results!!!!!!

How to recharge the 2004 BMW x3 there is two ports witch one I must use?

Djonkie Bonk says:

Worked for me. Only used a few ounces but that was all I needed to restore
the ice cold feel of the AC on my C280 Benz. There’s a tiny leak somewhere
because the pressures were reading a tad low and the vent temperature was a
bit too warm but a UV leak test couldn’t even find the supposed leak. Just
a quick top up each summer and I’m good.

MysteriousEntity says:

Worked like a charm, she’s as cold as an angry woman now.

Jeff Roberson says:

I turned my ac to max cool and put over half the bottle in and my
compressor is not coming on. Pressure without squeezing trigger is in the
red and when I squeeze trigger it goes to 0, never gaining any pressure as
I held trigger down. What could be the problem?

Reio Viarruel says:

Just used this product & I love it! I’m stationed in Hawaii and my AC went
out so going to work tomorrow in my ASU won’t be too bad seeing now that I
fixed the AC. Going to an All Army birthday ball covered in sweat would
suck. lol Thanks again!

Stormy Weather says:

I’ve used the a/c pro on my 96′ Lexus ES300 & it worked!
How many cans would I need for a 99′ ford f150 truck ?

domnic0 says:

My A/C system has not worked for many years. I heard that if the system
has not worked for such a period that the compressor has likely become
seized and so requires replacement. Is that probable?

Also, your product ad states that it blocks leaks. I live in a climate of
long winters with excessive salt used on roads, which both promote
rusting. I am guessing that the A/C systtem on the undercarriage has
rusted areas, so will probably require replacement. I am guessing that is
probable, which will likely be too much for your product to plug up such
leaks.

I am wondering if it is worthwhile to fix the A/C under my situation or to
just forget it. Thanks.

thrashtilwedie says:

i used to same product…followed all the insturction both on the can and
on the video to no avail. the air is a bit cooler, but its not ICE COLD.
not sure what i did or did not do wrong…

chico hernandez says:

i got the A/C PRO but it didnt work on my car its a 1984 grand marquis plz
help

Nolan Bad Heart Bull says:

<-----tried it on this (Cadillac SRX V8) and its kind of hard to notice if the clutch is on. So I connected the tip of the hose and it went into the red as soon as I connected it. When I squeezed the trigger the pressure went to zero so I'm wondering if I am doing it right. Can you tell me if I am doing it right or if I need to take it to a professional?

Craig Myers says:

Mine is in the red and I already punctured can. The compressor is cycling
on and off and car will freeze you out when driving on interstate but is
hot when idling. Since I have already opened can, should I go ahead and add
whole can not knowing pressure. When the compressor comes on, it fluctuates
from 100 to a little lower number but still remains in red. Please advise.

Munir Houssein says:

i want to buy A/C pro for my car but i cant find it online as i leave in

Brittany Vaughan says:

Worked awesome in our hot Houston weather I’m so relived that it’s was easy

Alonzo Branson says:

Gotta give this a try. A/C was working just fine last year, apparently had
