hi
could this also cause a brake light to appear in the dashboard?but once
replaced might solve it?
Thanks….
Thank you….
Does this video also go with the 1999 Ford Expedition? the brake sensor.
The 98 may be similar.
The one for your Ford Taurus may be different. We currently do not stock
the correct one for your vehicle.
Thanks for watching. We’ll keep this request in mind in the event that we

Hi 1aauto. I have a 1990 f150 and I keep blowing the 15 amp fuse for my
brake light circuit. Logically, the cause may be a short in brake wires
somewhere, but could the brake pedal switch be the actual cause of popping
the fuse? Replacing the fuse does work temporarily, but soon pops after
driving around some. I’m hoping it’s the brake pedal switch the culprit so
I don’t have to trace and troubleshoot the wiring. Thank you for any
response you can provide.

Could you please do a 98 monte carlo? I can’t find any vids for the brake
light switch for the car, thanks!
is this the same on a 1998 f150? thanks
Check the wires coming off of the brake light switch to see if there is a
frayed wire that’s making contact with a piece of metal resulting in a blow
fuse. I’ve had this happe before. hope this helps yah out. 1aauto.com

The Expedition may be in the same or a similar location.
Thank you. It was helpful watching your video. The cotter pin was hiding
and I wouldn’t of seen right away how to take it apart. It went smooth.
Is FORD going to be similar with other models? I have a ’01 Taurus and I
need to replace the switch. It looks the same as the one in your video.
