but which kit? it came with the intake or had to get the kit separately for
the intake?

I see you installed the temp sending unit plug, what about the temperature
sensor? it looks just like the sending unit one but a different color, one
is green, and one is grey.
Thank you for what you’ve done I have to replace this part and after the
operation I have got a problem I do not know how to fix the engine is
running, but when you press the gas pedal the engine is not going quickly
and gets the delay in the response I did not find a solution to this
problem

That’s funny the same thing just happen to my crown Vic wit the manifold I
was gettin the spark plugs changed and that back one was bein pulled out
and his hand hit the hose and that same peace broke off crazy ….
The dorman manifolds are complete shite. I have been through three of them
on my 98 mustang with PI heads. The intake “gaskets” or o-rings dorman made
a poor decision here. I have been through three of them and a few months
later I get massive vacuum leaks where the intake meets the head. Ford had
the right idea with the two intake gaskets, they seal much better. Do
yourself a favor and get the ford racing intake manifold, it’s manufactured
much better. Oh, and btw this manifold actually gives you a drop in
horsepower by about 10 or 15 compared to the ford part. It’s been proven by
dyno results.
