Debbie, an EGR valve should have nothing to do with a leaking transmission
since the EGR valve is emissions/engine related.
I have a 2001 ford taurus which is leaking trans fluid bad but i cant see
wher it is coming from. I pour fresh in and it seems to pour right out..
diagnostics say i need an new egr valve. will this fix the problem or do i
need to do something else wih it?
