Ford’s quality has been worst in class for years. Ford is losing the trust of it’s dealers and more importantly, it’s consumers. Things will need to change at Ford or they will be in serious trouble.

You know, I honestly think that FORD is trying to force these stealerships to go under. Ordering directly from the manufacturer like TESLA Vs buying from a dealership makes much more sense @this time to me. This gives the manufacturer control over adjusting the prices if vehicles are not selling instead of dealerships making that decision. More times than none stealerships gouge customers. Now prospective buyers are fed up, walking away & choosing other brands.
NOW, the manufacturer. THE FORD MAVERICK. The prime example of both direct ordering from manufacturer AND listening to your customers. There is STILL a strong demand for SMALL AFFORDABLE PICKUPS. Pump the MAVERICK output to catchup on the backlog of online orders & decrease the volume of midsize & full size trucks. Concentrate on what’s selling instead of how much you can make on a sale.
Ford = FIX OR REPAIR DAILY
It’s not just Ford. It’s all the other car manufacturers. Dodge Chrysler and Chevy are the same. Their quality is gone down the drain.
Name the quality control issues…and don't say recalls, as most are minor & many aren't even from the manufacturer
Two family members of mine both have very expensive, new Ford Expeditions. Both have had crazy problems.
9th and 10th gen for the win.
