Do you think these floor pan repairs are going to work? Got this Ford super duty to make into my first dump truck. the next step in the process is cutting our all the rusty floor pan and weld in new material. This is my first attempt to do ever do a DIY floor pan repair. How did I do?

Unsubbed. Sorry, this isn't the content I signed up for.
Good evening Mike. Great video, can’t wait for the next one. Thanks for sharing.
Should've used the carb cleaner to put that fire out. Make for some good content.
Maybe you should watch a little of Steve Summers and his use of a rivet gun for that kind of rebuild/repair?
Massage it into place.
Johny Cash would have to change his song from one pice at a time to 1 inch at a time
I'll say one thing, captain. You will have your dump truck built before d. P has his built and he's already had a 2 year head. Start on you, you gonna get it done. And you're gonna prove it keep up the good work young man
Not to shabby I am like you self tough you are getting better keep going
I hope when you get power over to the garage / barn / shop / world HQ / lair you don't have the same sort of fun and games that Diesel Creek had.
Hey Cpt. You might get a few ideas from this guy. I don't know anything about restoring a vehicle but this guy seems to go at it without fear the same way you do. Hope its helpful. Link to: DIY Rust Repair! Autobody rust repair! (Budget rust repair) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2G6MS6ynGAA
Great practice for the Ford backhoe floor!
Hi Mike. The "perfectionist" you referred to never had sight of what this project was intended for. I like it! Have good days!
You are my #1 content creator!
The only one in my notifications.
The only one i stop what I am doing to watch.
You never explode in a tirade when things don't go as you hoped. I rewatch your videos with my grandson, so he can see an example of a person who just regroups and carries on.
I deeply respect that you reuse and spend the minimum to create the maximum you can. Its what this country was built on, yet the art has been nearly lost. That may be my favorite part of this channel.
I go about my projects much the same. One step at a time, figure it out as I go. So i love watching someone else do it. Bonus that you often explain that thought process!
Thank you for sharing your projects with us. I know we add so much time to your work, getting all the rights angles for us to be a part of the process. You get us right in the action! And another bonus is when we get slapped to the ground for being too close. You have brought so much joy to this old woman. I hope you are making a vulgar amount of money from the tubes!
So intrigued by this world headquarters thing!
Your work ethic is very high. Thats a whole lotta patchwork, but you're making it happen. Before long, you'll be able to lose something in the floor, not through it! Lol
Like the use of the old bad chad third arm there!
Wow.. Truck is looking fantastic, don't worry about what it looks like as long as it's solid.. There will be many on here that don't understand that not everyone can afford to go out and spend several hundred dollars on new panels, you have done a great job of using the reclaimed panels.. I look forward to the next part…
Put a backing plate if to bigger holes or gaps
We used to use a 55g brum for floor on bull wagons but if you won't to be all fancy
