good vid there phil.
cheers mate
Phil, got your reply on the Thursday with the supplier details, phoned
Friday and got the regular Saturday morning. It took me about a hours to
repair. Although it took me some time dismantling/installing the parts
around the engine on my Pajero it worked great. The regulator cost me
£36.00, which save me around £110.00 on a new alternator and would presume
2-3 days labour. Not really worried about the time factor as cant remember
the last time got my hand so dirty. Thanks again mate.
anychance for the rest of vid, as am in desperate need for some advice in
fixing the same dynamo as the one on your bench.
how you remove the bearings?
8.38 thats is a BIG solder iron
You should clean them up a bit mate before showing them for repairs
google auto electrical spares or something similar. I use jcr supplies on
ebay but they are uk based.
I’m presuming small motorcycle alternators run all on the same basic
principles ?
hi anybody out there know were to get parts to repair the
alternator(suppliers) thanks in advance
hi =)

Hello Phil, Great video thanks for your help, whats happened to part 4
Hi, My car is BMW e46 Saloon 316i 2004 1.8cc? 1. When the engine speed goes
up a little noise from the alternator is it, This noise from, Ball Bearing
or Alternator Clutch or Alternator voltage regulator, is it? 2. I added a
few things to the car’s electrical system, Like a DVD player or more power
100-watt Light, and amplifier subwoofer, and angel eyes. 3. If my car
alternator is 70a or 90a Or 110a, can I made higher voltage of the
alternator? Or damage to electrical appliances my car? Thanks
