Very good video guys! Keep up the great work.

David Dematos says:

Tanks Guy now i no

Jason C. says:

Nice! (y)

atsernov says:

That’s a pretty mangled rear beam… I’m guessing they made sure the frame
is square, but that beam is worrying. I’d have fixed that first before
having a company come in to do a custom suspension.

donnbecker says:

Crazy question but how do u find ride height with out tires and rims? Cause
i want the kit but I want stock body stance

idriwzrd says:

Measure three times, cut once?
Nah, measure once, cut to fit.

mash740 says:

Now how about a video on the front end!

xmodriver says:

I should have done it that way building a race truck or 2 a few years ago
would have saved a DAY measuring by just tacking the tube in center.
shakes head K>I>S>S method works best every time

jbsjunk says:

Surprised you didn’t put the diff mount for the panhard bar closer to the
pass frame side to make the bar longer. Other than that, I want a kit then
something to screw it to.

Veronica Ramos says:

Great job fella’s. I have a quick question. Now you guys C-notched the
frame, do you have to modify the bed after C-notching the frame?

1mostwanted101 says:

was wondering that as well. im kinda thinking they must be lowering the
ride height and that c notch is gunna give them the clearance they need.
but then again the reason im watching this is cause i dunno either 😛

krpelkey says:

VERY VERY GOOD VIDEO .GRREAT INFO THANK U SO MUCH

Tommy Kennedy says:

it was just a tack so it wont move on them.

DJhenderlong says:

Why would they weld the axle to the frame first?

Keith Introligator says:

Where can I buy the 1.125 x 219 round tubing ? I checked with Triple S
Steel here in houston and they dont carry it..

Dano sierra says:

Great video!! Keep it coming!!

Cobratanning says:

Good demo,we need more on this stuff on YouTube about 4links.

Mark Olivier says:

how long are those link bars? i want to do the same setup

DJhenderlong says:

@tmk5522 oh, so that was suppose to represent ride hight? seems pretty low.

Kenneth Thomason says:

very nice information u helped me out with all my answers i had

christophe lenoir says:

perfecte job 🙂

DJhenderlong says:

Yeah, i’m thinking they previously found that ride height would be perfect
when the top of the axle is welded to the frame, (must want to slam it on
the ground) @0:56 They have a spacer in place, so that must be a ride
height they were trying out, but wanted it lower in the end. So get your
measurements and ride height set. Weld axle solid to the frame in ride
height position (including pinion angle). Then fab up your link kit. Just
my guess. For what it’s worth.

pakorn pummaia says:

good job thank.

amarin22 says:

@vcarreon17: Depending on the size of the C Notch, yes and no. By the looks
of this C notch, they will either have to begin cutting into the bed or
raise the floor of the bed. However, there do exist some notches which can
be welded in which do not come up past the stock location of the bed floor.
All depends on how low you want to go.
